Simple yet Effective..

.. ways to live life to the full

.

These have been in my favourites tab for some time now, gathering dust until I need inspiration, so I thought I’d share!

*

Things you can make yourself instead of buying- including food, toys, cleaning and beauty products. A much more healthy way to be, more creative and saves money. Who wouldnt want to, really?
A few good links from here:

Simple pleasures.

Walking barefoot in grass.
Dancing like you’re crazy.
Staying up all night talking.

A lovely list of things that will get you smiling just from remembering.

A list of things, if you have a birthday coming up, that will probably make more difference in your life than a few new tops, jewellery you wont wear or another candle.

Personally, I’d go for an itunes gift card or tickets to the theatre or another day out.
-birthday’s in November, thanks ;)-

This one’s great.
Lots of ways to have fun. No more sitting around complaining you’re bored.

Looking forward to checking these off throughout summer!

Host a modern scavenger hunt.
Make ingredients gifts for upcoming birthdays and events—get a jar, decorate it, and then layer cookie ingredients inside.
Host your own open mic night and invite all your most talented musician, comedian, and poet friends.

Many more with links and how-tos below! Definately worth a visit.

Now this one has some VERY good links.
Not worth a miss.

Mostly links to wicked freebies and money-offs, but it also says this:
‘ Pour your coffee into an ice tray, freeze it overnight, then put a few cubes  and a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the blender.’

Now. I dont have a blender, but me and my sister got through two 2 litre tubs of strawberry ice cream a few summers ago. Just mix it with lemonade.
I think I’m gonna try this coffee one now I’m a bit older. Less calories too..

My plan for the summer: travel randomly across Europe by train.

now THAT is something I really want to do. I was planning on doing pretty much that/going on a plane somewhere/visiting my friend in India this summer but I’ve got lots on, like my sister getting married right in the middle.
      Have loads of fun!!
